Personal Mac, shared desktop: choosing a route
If the Mac belongs to you and stays with you, the desktop terminal is worth installing. Templates, saved objects and indicator configurations are written to disk and reopen unchanged, and the terminal keeps its connection whether or not a browser is open.
If the Mac is an employer's or is passed around at home, Safari is the sensible route. Nothing is installed, no administrator password is needed, and closing the tab leaves nothing behind. On any machine that is not yours, sign out at the end of a session rather than leaving the tab open, and decline the browser's offer to save the password.
Ethiopia remains on UTC+3 all year. The European open falls at 11:00 or 10:00 in local time and the New York open at 16:00 or 15:00, shifting only when northern clocks change, so both land inside the working day. Whichever route you use, the same login also opens the app on a phone, and open positions appear identically on all of them.
